מירי ברוך היא ציירת עכשווית הפועלת בסגנון מופשט ופיגורטיבי.
מירי ורסטילית ואוהבת ליצור בשני העולמות, המופשט והפיגורטיבי. כל יצירה היא תוצאה ייחודית, בהתאם לכלים שבהם בחרה להשתמש: מברשות, ספוגיות, ספטולות או רולרים.
עבודותיה מלאות רגש, הנע בין רוגע ושלווה לבין סערה ודרמה, וזה מתבטא באמצעות בחירה פלטת צבעים מתאימה וכלים רלוונטית שמאפשרים משטחי צבע חלקים או בולטים בעלי טקסטורה.

Miri Baruch is a contemporary painter working in both abstract and figurative styles. Versatile by nature, Miri enjoys creating within both realms, the abstract and the figurative. Each artwork is a unique outcome, shaped by the tools she chooses to use: brushes, sponges, spatulas, or rollers. Her works are rich in emotion, ranging from calm and serenity to intensity and drama. This emotional spectrum is expressed through carefully chosen color palettes and relevant tools that allow for smooth or textured, dimensional surfaces. Miri invites the viewer to observe, experience, and interpret the artwork in a personal way, enriching the viewing experience and deepening the connection with the piece.

Abstract
העבודות המופשטות שלי מגוונות מאוד, אני משתמשת במגוון טכניקות, בהתאם לתוצאה שאני מבקשת להשיג. תהליך היצירה שלי מתחיל באופן אינטואיטיבי, ובהמשך אני בוחנת את הציור ומחליטה כיצד להמשיך. כך נוצר דיאלוג מתמיד עם הבד, עד שאני חשה שהציור הגיע להשלמתו.
My abstract works are highly diverse, depending on the technique i use. The beginning of my creative process is intuitive, and later I examine the painting and decide how to continue. This creates an ongoing dialogue with the canvas until I feel the work is complete
Figurative
בעבודות הפיגורטיביות אני מתחילה ברישום ראליסטי, ובשלב הצביעה אני משלבת סגנון צביעה מופשט. לפעמים התוספת המופשטת הם מינימלית ולפעמים דומיננטית יותר.
In my figurative works, I start with a realistic drawing, and during the painting stage I incorporate an abstract painting style. Sometimes the abstract elements are minimal or none, and sometimes they become more dominant

I create my abstract landscape works without preliminary sketches, in a free and spontaneous style. Usually, the ideas develop during the process itself. I use the same techniques of abstract painting

נולדתי בארגנטינה ומאז 1979 אני חיה בישראל. אני נשואה ואם לשניים. מאז ילדותי, ציור היה התשוקה הגדולה שלי, אך את לימודיי האקדמיים עשיתי בתחום הכימיה, ובמשך 27 שנים עבדתי בהייטק. בשנת 2015 החלטתי לעזוב את עבודתי ולהקדיש את עצמי לציור באופן מקצועי.
למדתי רישום בבית האמנים בתל אביב והשתתפתי בסדנאות לציור ריאליסטי. את עולם הציור המופשט חקרתי ולמדתי בעצמי, תוך התנסות בשיטות וכלים מגוונים.
כיום אני מתמקדת בציור בסגנון אבסטרקטי, פיגורטיבי ונופים אבסטרקטיים.
I was born in Argentina and have been living in Israel since 1979. I am married and a mother of two. Painting has been my greatest passion since childhood. My academic background is in chemistry, and I worked in the high-tech industry for 27 years. In 2015, I decided to leave my job to fully dedicate myself to my painting career.
I developed my skills by attending drawing classes, participating in realistic oil painting workshops, and spending many hours on self-study, particularly in abstract painting. My work focuses on Abstract, Abstract Landscapes, and Figurative styles.
